By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (these “Terms”, the “Terms and Conditions of Use”, or the “Terms of Service”). What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You will be provided the option to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

PAYMENT

If you choose to complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, we do not store your credit card data. This data is encrypted using Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) encryption. Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the necessary time required to complete the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a collaboration of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our store and its service providers handle credit card information securely.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

APPLICABLE LAW

You agree that this agreement and any disputes that may arise between you and HONG KONG HUASHENG TRADING INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. and its affiliates (including Rriby) shall be governed by Hong Kong law, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

You and Rriby and its affiliates agree to submit to mandatory binding arbitration any and all claims arising out of or related to your access and use of our store or site or your purchase of a product, including, but not limited to, contract (express or implied) and tort claims of all kinds, as well as claims based upon any federal, state or local ordinance, statute, regulation or constitutional provision (collectively, “Arbitrable Claims”). Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Rriby agree that no class or collective actions can be asserted in arbitration or otherwise. All claims, whether in arbitration or otherwise, must be brought solely in your or Rriby’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or collective proceeding.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO TRIAL BY JURY IN REGARD TO ARBITRABLE CLAIMS. THE PARTIES FURTHER WAIVE ANY RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO PURSUE OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Hong Kong and administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is commenced. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one independent and impartial arbitrator. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. The arbitrator shall issue a written award stating the principal factual findings and legal conclusions on which the award is based.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Rriby harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

DISCLAIMER

THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. RRIBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES, THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RRIBY BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SITE, YOUR SITE USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR CONTENT IS TO CEASE ALL OF YOUR SITE USE.

You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws) which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Rriby to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.Any waiver of this Agreement by Rriby must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Termination

Rriby may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Relationship of the Parties

Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rriby and governs the terms and conditions of your use of the Site, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Rriby with respect to this website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use the Site. Rriby may revise these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time by updating this Agreement and posting it on the Site. Accordingly, you should visit the Site and review the Terms and Conditions of Use periodically to determine if any changes have been made. Your continued use of this website after any changes have been made to the Terms and Conditions of Use signifies and confirms your acceptance of any such changes or amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries or regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Any orders placed from these countries or regions will be automatically cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
